Jardon Howard Technologies
(JHT) has more than 865 employees specializing
in technical and management support (program
management, logistics and engineering), manpower,
personnel and training support, Interactive Multimedia
Instruction, Electronic Performance Support Systems,
Web-based distributed training (including the
use of synthetic environments and gaming technology),
classroom training, Automated Electronic Classrooms
and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals.
From the receipt of its first delivery order
from the military in 1990, JHT has been a trusted
partner providing government and commercial customers
with the delivery of more than 3,300 hours of
technology-based curricula and associated systems.
The JHT team has a comprehensive set of documented
management and technical processes based on ISO

Navy Training Support Schedule

Under this GSA schedule, JHT performs a number
of different functions for many different organizations.
Examples include:
• JHT is currently developing Web-based training
(WBT) for the Virginia Class submarine. The WBT consists
of Category 2 and Category 3 instruction designed
to support training: Submarine Qualifications, Watchstander
Qualifications, Technical Training, and Schoolhouse
Training.
• Converted the T-45 Mandarin based Strike Pilot
curricula to JPATS Training Information Management
System (TIMS) compatible Authorware for delivery
to the Navy Fleet Training Support Center (FTSC).
The effort consisted of designing and developing
a new TIMS (AICC based) interface for the courseware,
and reproducing the T-45 CAI and CBT course material
in the JPATS T-6 courseware GUI. This contract dealt
directly with Technology-based curriculum, analyzing,
designing, developing and modifying interfaces (legacy)
with current technologies.
• Provided software design, programming and
debugging support to support the Advanced Joint and
Combined Operations Model (AJCOM) for the War Game,
Modeling, and Simulation Division (WMSD) at the Joint
Forces Staff College.
• Provided Program Support for NAVAIR Training
System Division Undersea Director and all of the
Director's programs. Team members provide development
of documentation to support program managers, which
include Trainer Engineering Change Directives, Military
Requirement Documents, Task Analysis, installation
of trainers, Test Plans and support, as well as all
tasks required by the Program Manager.
• Provided all-inclusive support in the acquisition
of complete trainer material and software. Includes
developing requisitions and purchase orders from
Government provided trainer configuration. Interfacing
with vendors and government agencies is a requirement
of this contract. Provided tracking/storage of all
items purchased with final inspection by the government
for acceptance.
• JHT provides engineering support in the development
and installation of the Submarine Ship Control Trainers
for NAVAIR Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL.
Includes analysis and evaluation of current and alternate
solutions to major training devices
