Advanced Remote Air Refueling Operator Trainers

Next Generation Capability Today: The next generation air-refueling tanker, KC-X, will employ new technology. The air refueling operator will use remote computer imagery rather than direct line-of-sight to connect to the aircraft receivers.

ACME is focused on the future and already offers the tools to train operators in the new remote refueling technologies. ACME’s advanced refueling trainer couples the simulated optics view through the remote cameras and stereoscopic goggles with the boom position guides to recreate the in-aircraft experience.
