ACME Worldwide Enterprises Supply Chain Procurement Services
Buyer's Group Procurement Service
ACME has extensive expertise providing procurement services for simulator and trainer programs. Our award-winning procurement system supports the supply needs for major defense support companies at various sites around the country. Procurement is a major cost/time element of Supply Chain Management for many programs. Our system slashes bureaucracy, speeds order processing, and shortens delivery times for purchases, all leading to reduced costs.
ACME uses our custom Procurement Services System database to process, track, record, and status all requisitions and deliveries. The system provides real-time status for customers and managers for each requisition including order/delivery/invoicing status, estimated delivery dates, processing priorities, and pricing. The system also tracks budget and expenditures at program and individual contract line item numbers (CLINs). The system even provides up-to-the moment savings details for every individual requisition. The friendly, intuitive interface system allows any stakeholder in the process to instantly and easily determine requisition, budget, or invoicing status. The system includes pre-programmed or ad hoc reports ( View Sample Cost Performance Report) and/or customer-defined performance metrics.
Our skilled staff and management are fully experienced with procurements with multi-million dollar annual budgets and have specialized expertise supporting simulator and training systems companies. The team is fully versed in working with customer suggested vendors or we can work from our vast range of proven suppliers. The team is also skilled with Tax Exemption Certificates and processes required to support U.S. Government contracts.
ACME’s procurement process is modular and can be used to supplement existing procurement systems or as a complete stand-alone process. We can support a CLIN, a program, a site, or even a series of programs over a range of locations. ACME’s procurement process is an excellent, low risk, high return way of integrating small business in major programs as is often required on many large Government contracts.
