Accountant
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Reporting the finances of the company to management.
- Establishing tables of accounts and assigning the entries to the correct accounts.
- Developing, implementing, modifying, and documenting recordkeeping and accounting systems, using current computer technology.
- Familiarity with Sage 50 (PeachTree) Accounting software desirable but not required
- Compute taxes owed for state and local authorities, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.

ACME Buyer
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Obtaining quotes from vendors and initiate procurement of parts, supplies and services.
- Developing and maintaining an approved-vendor database and creating a bill of materials (BOM) for specific projects.
- Creating database records in PeachTree and using a purchase request database (entries to include: purchases, estimated delivery dates, and project notes).
- Creating database records in PeachTree and the ACME Worldwide Procurement Services System Database (entries to include: POs, purchases, estimated delivery dates, and project notes).
- Compile purchasing documentation including quotes, SPOs, purchase requests, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
- Troubleshooting and expediting purchasing issues and discrepancies.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining vendor record files.
- Communicating status and resolving questions through phone calls, email, faxes, and in-person contact as required.
- Track, ready for payment, and issue payment for accounts payable

Electrical Engineer/Electrical Designer-Drafter
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing, developing and testing aviation trainers and training components.
- Understanding of electro-mechanical controls required, including integration and interfacing of such systems.
- Applying principals of electrical engineering to design and analysis of electrical circuits.
- Documenting electrical designs using AutoCAD Electrical software to layout the design on drawings such as schematics, connection diagrams and wiring diagrams.
- Coordinating implementation and integration of the electrical design into the production product.

Electromechanical Technician
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Installing, integrating, troubleshooting, operating, testing, and maintaining automated, servo-mechanical or electro-mechanical equipment.
- Assisting and collaborating with engineers to test and design products and equipment.
- Using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates to fabricate, build, modify, align, fit, and assemble cables & component parts.
- Installing electrical, electronic, wiring, mechanical parts, and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
- Reading blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
- Repairing, rework, and calibrate electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Modeling mechanical components and electro-mechanical systems using SolidWorks and PDMWorks at an expert level.
- Drafting and developing integrated full up simulation systems, motion seat systems, and simulated gun recoil systems.
- Creating models and drawings for efficient fabrication and assembly.
- Working in a team environment with engineers, project managers, and executives.
- Developing design presentations to present to management for project approval.
- Executing tasks with minimal direction and possessing the ability to recognize when to ask questions.
- Education or Equivalent Experience: Associate Degree, Computer Drafting and Design, plus 5 years experience or equivalent desired.
Mechanical Engineer
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating SolidWorks CAD models of custom and commercial components and assemblies
- Generating drawings of components and assemblies
- Drafting and creating 2D engineering drawings from 3D models, with assemblies, details, and parts lists and creating hydraulic schematics, electrical connection diagrams, cable assemblies and electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Preparing for and attending design reviews, preparing status reports, generating drawing trees and MEDLs, obtaining quotes and generating purchase requisitions
- Develop conceptual designs and estimate labor hours.
- Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment.

Software – Real Time Software/Computer Engineering
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Researching, designing, developing, and testing systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for aviation trainers and training components, gun active recoil devices, and dynamic motion seats.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of electro-mechanical controls and/or robotics.
- Applying the principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis with an emphasis on strong physics and/or aerodynamic ability desirable.
- Using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations and capabilities for data processing projects.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Defining the system requirements for electro-mechanical systems, including sub-system interfaces.
- Defining and ensuring component design supports system-level testing requirements
- Defining internal interfaces.
- Designing electronics using good engineering practices to meet program requirements
- Implementing the design on hardware.
- Simulating the design for integration suitability at various levels.
- Test the hardware and define and implement corrections as necessary.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining Mil-Spec documentation for aerospace engineering products.
- Managing content using version control and configuration management systems.

- Effectively conferring with internal customers and executives to establish document specifications and clearly determining subject material to be developed.
