At ACME, we’ve developed a smart, efficient approach to building complex training tools. We offer 20 different types of Dynamic Motion Seats (DMS) and a dozen replica weapon systems—each tailored for specific applications—but all designed around a set of shared core components. On the surface, our seats and weapons might look unique, matching the exact form and feel of their real-world counterparts. But inside, they’re powered by the same trusted foundation: common drive motors, linkages, electronics, computers, and software.

This shared architecture isn’t just an engineering choice—it’s a strategic advantage. It lowers costs, reduces complexity, and greatly simplifies logistics and maintenance. Our customers benefit from faster integration, easier support, and a reliable supply chain that’s already in place.

One Platform, Infinite Applications

What truly sets ACME’s motion seat technology apart is its versatility. Each seat, while visually matching a specific aircraft or vehicle—from an F-15 fighter jet to an H-60 Blackhawk—can emulate a wide range of motion cues simply by changing the acceleration signal inputs. That means our F-15 type DMS can feel just like a helicopter, a tank, or a naval vessel, depending on the scenario.

This flexibility allows our customers to repurpose and adapt training assets for multiple platforms without needing to redesign or re-engineer new hardware. You could flip a switch and suddenly your fighter jet seat is now simulating a truck or a boat—all with the same hardware, thanks to our unified core system.

Proven Components, Endless Customization

Because we use the same underlying electronics, drives, and software across our product line, we’re able to rapidly develop new variants of motion seats and replica weapons. Better yet, we can do so without the delays and costs typically associated with new product development. Our systems are already proven, and our supplier network is strong—giving our customers confidence in performance and support.

At the same time, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. ACME provides detailed cue customization and system tailoring for both seats and weapons. Even though the core components are shared, we ensure each product is fine-tuned to meet your exact training needs. You get reliable, flexible technology—made to perform for your unique mission.
